Who Are the White Hats?
The term "white hats" in GA community usage refers to a faction within the US military, intelligence community, and allied foreign intelligence services who identified the comprehensive corruption of US governmental institutions — by the Cabal and foreign actors — and undertook a coordinated, legally grounded counter-operation. They are distinguished from "black hats" (Cabal-compromised officials and operators) and from ordinary government officials who are neither compromised nor actively fighting the Cabal.
GA researchers point to specific individuals and institutional roles as likely white hat operations, based on: consistency with Q drops describing their positions; documented actions against Cabal-adjacent interests; and patterns of behaviour that only make sense in the context of a coordinated counter-operation. The identities are necessarily uncertain — the operation requires operational security that prevents public disclosure of all team members.
The White Hat Historical Record — Before Q
Several events before Q's October 2017 first drop are interpreted as white hat pre-positioning:
General Michael Flynn's Role
General Michael Flynn served as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) 2012-2014. He was fired — allegedly for being unmanageable. GA researchers argue Flynn was building a counter-intelligence dossier on Cabal-compromised CIA/FBI operations and was removed when he got too close. His trajectory — DIA director → Trump national security advisor → FBI trap → persecution → pardoned → public Q-adjacent advocacy — is consistent with white hat operational positioning.
Admiral Rogers and the Trump Tower Visit
On November 17, 2016 — the day after the presidential election — NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers made an unannounced trip to Trump Tower without notifying his chain of command (DNI Clapper or SecDef Carter). The next day, Trump's team moved its transition operation from Trump Tower to Bedminster, NJ. GA researchers interpret Rogers' visit as a warning: Trump Tower was under surveillance, and the Cabal was listening. Rogers' action was a white hat breach of Cabal control.
The Plan — Structure and Timeline
Q described "The Plan" in numerous drops. Its structure, as interpreted by GA researchers: (1) 2015-16: White hats recruit Trump, establish legal groundwork, begin documenting Cabal crimes; (2) 2017-2020: Trump presidency establishes legal infrastructure — EO 13818 (declaring national emergency for human rights violations/corruption), sealed indictments accumulate, foreign Cabal financial structures targeted; (3) 2021-2022: Apparent Biden presidency is part of the controlled exposure operation — letting the Cabal overextend and expose itself; (4) 2023-2025: Controlled demolition phase — financial exposure, legal proceedings, public awakening; (5) Endgame: Mass arrests, military tribunals for the most serious crimes (treason, crimes against children), NESARA/GESARA implementation, and full public disclosure.
President Trump signed Executive Order 13818 on December 21, 2017 — declaring a National Emergency with respect to "serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world" and authorising the freezing of assets of any person found to be engaging in such activities. The order names no specific individuals — which GA researchers interpret as intentional: it creates the legal framework to seize the assets of anyone the administration designates as a human rights abuser or corrupt actor, including US citizens. As of 2024, the EO has been renewed annually. The legal infrastructure for mass Cabal asset seizures has been in place since December 2017.
